CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy By booking any appointment, session, class, or service (“Service”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Cancellation Policy. This policy is strictly enforced to protect scheduled time, staffing, and business operations. 1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice is required to cancel or reschedule any Service. Notice must be provided via the approved booking platform, email, or other officially designated communication method. Notice is effective only once confirmed received. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice constitutes a late cancellation. 2. Late Cancellations – 50% Charge Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled Service time will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the total Service fee. This amount will be automatically charged to the payment method on file. Late cancellations cannot be credited toward future appointments. 3. No-Shows – 100% Charge Failure to attend a scheduled Service without prior notice (“No-Show”) will result in a charge of one hundred percent (100%) of the total Service fee. Arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes late may, at our discretion, be treated as a No-Show if the Service cannot reasonably proceed. 4. Deposits – Non-Refundable All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or personal reasons. Deposits secure the reserved time and are applied toward the total Service fee where applicable. 5. Emergency Exceptions True emergencies may be considered at management’s sole discretion. Documentation may be required. Approval of exceptions is not guaranteed. 6. Payment Authorization By booking, you authorize automatic charging of applicable cancellation or no-show fees to your payment method on file. Failure to remit payment may result in denial of future bookings and possible collection action. 7. Agreement Booking a Service constitutes full acceptance of this Cancellation Policy. No exceptions will be made outside the terms stated above. Skin Method Esthetics reserves the right to amend these policy’s as needed.
